Elva's opened its doors 2004. We are a Mom and Pop operation serving Top shelf gourmet coffee beverages, home made breakfast burritos, panini sandwiches and amazing pastries, Yum! Let's not forget our amazing Red Bull Smoothies!! We deliver all these great items with the best customer service around.

History

Established in 2004.
Elva's has participated in numerous fundraisers with the community. We have participated in the Walk for Aids of San Jose, Turkey Drives, Coffee and Cookies for the Troops, little league base ball and my personal yearly Avon Walk For Breast Cancer.
Elva's has been voted Small Business of the Year by Mr. Jim Beall. Best Coffee Shop of Willow Glen, (numerous years), and Best Community Involved Business.

Owner

Curtis H.
Curtis grew up in a small town in Southern New England.
He started his restaurant career as a prep cook at Emeril Lagasse's Fall River restaurant he then moved onto Tortilla Flats in Providence, Rhode Island where his enthusiasm for flavor palettes helped him to quickly move up to saucier.
Curtis has continued working in the restaurant and beverage industry for over 25 years, including Local favorites Jamba Juice and Jack in the Box.
Curtis took over Elva's Coffee Stop in August 2016 where he strives to keep the store culture alive while enhancing the menu to reflect the Italian inspired tastes of his hometown.

  This is a fantastic little independent coffee shop, and a far cry from the pretentious, hipster shops that have cropped up in recent years. There's a woman that's always there, I assume she's THE Elva, and she is fantastic. Warm and friendly, she's quick with the drinks and makes sure you're enjoying them.
